Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Work Specialist to support and optimize business operations. In this role, you will act as the central coordinator for multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. This position requires a versatile individual with expertise in managing processes, analyzing data, and collaborating across departments to drive efficiency and productivity.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.

Experience:

3–5 years of experience in operational management, project coordination, or related fields.Proven track record in improving workflows, resource allocation, and process automation.

Preferred Skills:

Proficient in software development testing and test automation (unit testing, regression testing).
Strong DevOps experience, including proficiency in setting up, configuring, and maintaining development, build, and run environments. In-depth knowledge of OpenShift (Kubernetes) and familiarity with AWS Cloud Formation are preferred.
Expert-level knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, React).
Expertise in backend technologies (Python, Java, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL).
Strong architectural design capabilities.
Experience with OpenDevStack and CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, OpenShift).
Proficiency in the Atlassian stack (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket).
In-depth understanding of IT security, operations, and support.
