Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team and lead the development and delivery of innovative products. As the Senior Product Owner, you will be the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring product vision and customer needs are translated into actionable deliverables. This is a key role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to prioritize and manage product backlogs effectively.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager are highly preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years as a Product Owner.Proven track record of delivering successful products in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Skills:

Product Management: Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, roadmapping, and strategy development.

Agile Practices: Expertise in Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story creation.

Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and align diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in using data analytics tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, or Power BI to make informed product decisions.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
