Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Splunk Monitoring Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and optimize monitoring solutions using Splunk. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and operational excellence through robust monitoring and observability practices. This position requires expertise in Splunk, a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, and the ability to deliver actionable insights through data visualization and analysis.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering or a related field.Splunk certifications (e.g., Splunk Core Certified Power User, Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin) are highly preferred

Experience:

3–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure monitoring, logging, or observability solutions.At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Splunk, including designing and maintaining Splunk environments.

Preferred Skills:

Splunk Expertise: Strong knowledge of Splunk architecture, deployment, and administration, including indexers, forwarders, and search head clustering.ng of IT security, operations, and support.

Data Ingestion: Experience with log ingestion and parsing from various sources (e.g., syslogs, application logs, cloud services).

Scripting and Automation: Expertise in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation.

IT Operations: Solid understanding of ITIL practices and experience working with IT infrastructure, applications, and networking.

Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain Splunk environments to meet organizational monitoring and observability needs.Onboard and configure new data sources into Splunk for real-time monitoring and analysis.Build custom Splunk dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and IT teams to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues.Automate monitoring and alerting processes to improve efficiency and reliability.Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards for data handling.Stay updated with the latest features and advancements in Splunk and related technologies.
